These Individuals Have Gone Above and Beyond to Achieve Their Training Needs

Jessica Potter

Jessica voiced a desire to be a part of the Management Development Program in June, 2013. Her manager enrolled her in the program with a strong sense of confidence in her capabilities. She took training very seriously and completed her 10 required courses, 3 of which were instructor led, by December 2013. She was shortly after promoted to lead and saw the added responsibility as a challenge that would allow her to advance her training further. With her on-going desire to learn and continue to grow professionally, she continued her Source America and Cornerstone Training. Through this program she was promoted to a supervisor, Project Manager and is now a successful Division Manager of the Facilities Division.

 

Martha Trixter

When she first began her Management Development Training, Martha was unfamiliar with how to use a computer. Her family members knew her as the individual that would never embrace technology. After three months of pure self-determination, Martha can now successfully navigate through both training portals, she can respond to emails and she now trouble-shoots her nieces and nephews computer problems.
